Applying changes
Changes affect future responses. An already-published panel may need to be regenerated in its module to reflect new styling.Server profile vs. global bot identity
Server profile vs. global bot identity
server-logo and server-banner apply media to the profile Headless uses in one server and require Manage Server. .brand logo and .brand banner change the global profile and are reserved for the Headless owner. Do not use the global commands to customize just one server.Image inputs and errors
Image inputs and errors
Server media accepts a public URL or an image/GIF attachment. The runtime validates and downloads the file before requesting the Discord change; an API rejection is reported as an error, not success. Footer text is limited to 50 characters.
What reset restores
What reset restores
.brand reset removes only the saved server emoji, footer, logo, and banner overrides. It does not call Discord to revert an avatar or banner that was already applied; manage an already-applied profile change through the Discord options available to you.Quick guide
What to change
Tune the footer and success, error, warning, moderation, and logs emojis to match your community’s tone.
When to use it
Use server-level settings for communities with their own identity, special events, or internal terminology.
Keep it clear
Use a short footer, recognizable emojis, and tell members when you change the prefix.
Steps
1
Choose a server style
Set success, error, warning, moderation, and log emojis.
2
Set footer or profile media
Configure footer, server logo, or server banner without placing secrets in public URLs.
3
Review existing messages
Test a new response and regenerate persistent panels that do not refresh automatically.
