# Variables de tickets

> Las variables de Tickets solo se resuelven en eventos y plantillas donde Headless realmente tiene contexto de ticket.

## Catálogo completo

El renderer reconoce los 82 nombres `{ticket.*}` de la lista siguiente. La disponibilidad depende del evento: el mensaje al abrir aporta una parte de los valores y los campos de cierre, reapertura, formulario o transcript sin contexto producen `N/A`.

## Identidad y configuración

`ticket.author.*` y `ticket.creator.*` reutilizan el contexto de usuario disponible; `ticket.channel.*` identifica el canal nuevo. `ticket.option.*` describe la opción y la configuración aplicable cuando está presente.

## Condiciones del mensaje al abrir

Solo este mensaje admite condiciones simples: `{if {ticket.open} == yes}...{elseif ...}...{else}...{/if}`. Se permiten comparaciones `==` y `!=` o una prueba de verdad; no se permiten expresiones arbitrarias ni anidamiento.
