# Troubleshooting

## Troubleshooting

> **Commands are missing**
>
> Confirm the invite included the `bot` and `applications.commands` scopes. Guild command synchronization affects when new commands appear.

> **The bot joins voice but produces no audio**
>
> Check View Channel, Connect, and Speak for the bot; then verify Lavalink responds and the configured source can resolve the search.

> **A search or supported URL fails**
>
> Check whether the provider is configured and can resolve the query. Try a title-and-artist search; results depend on available sources.

> **The bot disconnects after playback**
>
> If the server needs a persistent connection, a member with Manage Server can enable `/247 estado: Activar`.

> **I need support**
>
> Use the official HeadlessLabs support server. Share only safe `/debug` output when available, and redact tokens, passwords, and private configuration.
