# Audio Filters

> Apply or disable a registered audio filter with `/filter` or the available direct commands.

## Filter selector

The `efecto` parameter provides these registered choices:

> * **Bass boost** — **Command value:** `bassboost`
> * **Nightcore** — **Command value:** `nightcore`
> * **Vaporwave** — **Command value:** `vaporwave`
> * **Karaoke** — **Command value:** `karaoke`
> * **Chipmunk** — **Command value:** `chipmunk`
> * **DarthVader** — **Command value:** `darthvader`
> * **DayCore** — **Command value:** `daycore`
> * **DeepBass** — **Command value:** `deepbass`
> * **Soft** — **Command value:** `soft`

> The command's registered choices are the source of truth; do not assume an unlisted filter name is available.

## Shortcuts

Direct commands also exist for BassBoost, Chipmunk, DarthVader, DayCore, and DeepBass. The command reference lists the current options.
